5PW-13907-05 Fuel Pump Assembly for Yamaha YZFR1 YZFR6 YZFR6S 2002-2009

Built Around the Correct Yamaha Fuel System Design

A leaking return connection, insufficient fuel pressure, or an assembly that does not fit can turn a fuel pump replacement into another repair. This assembly is developed around the original configuration for the Yamaha applications listed below, with attention to the housing, return connection, and pressure regulation layout.

Correct Configuration Matters

A similar-looking assembly may use a different pressure regulation design. Adding a return tube to a housing that retains an additional internal regulator does not recreate the original configuration and may affect fuel pressure stability at high engine speeds.

Our assembly follows the original layout for these applications, without adding an internal pressure regulator where the original pump assembly does not use one.

Improved Return Connection. FKM Sealing.

The internal structure of the return connection has been refined and paired with an FKM O-ring. This fuel-resistant sealing material helps maintain a secure seal through extended operation and reduces the risk of fuel leakage at the connection.

Designed for the Right Fit

Developed around the original assembly’s shape and connection layout for the listed applications. Compare your original unit, connector, and fuel connections with the product photos before ordering.
